Diane Marger Moore has been a lawyer for nearly forty years in both private practice and government service. She has been a federal public defender, deputy attorney general, chief arson prosecutor, felony court supervisor and a judicial officer in the major felony division of the Marion County, Indiana, Superior Court. Diane has taught trial practice to other lawyers for decades and has written and published legal articles and chapters but this is her first book. She tells the story of a true life murder prosecution. Her self-described greatest achievement is having raised strong, opinionated children who care about the world and work to improve it.
